There you can set and check every windows xp system sound so go slow and take your time. then below that in the same popup box, where it says: Program Events, ensure the appropriate windows startup and exit sounds, or any other windows dependent system sound audio files appear in C:\WINDOWS\Media\ folder AND that the sound is not corrupted by testing the sound by clicking the test right arrow button after sound file selection, AND that the event is triggered and set to the appropriate audio sound file. then under SOUND SCHEME, ensure that Windows Default is selected. ฤก ::: - go to START MENU > CONTROL PANEL > SOUND AND AUDIO DEVICES (popup box appears) > SOUNDS TAB.
